My online rowing training plans result in opportunities at the collegiate level and beyond. Plans are specifically individualized to the needs of each athlete.

  1. Access to my training management system to track training progress.
  2. Email consults to check in with me on progress during your training.
  3. 2x one-hour training Skype sessions every 4 weeks which includes technical instruction on the rowing machine.
  4. Continual evaluation of training to assess progress.

Athletes that I have coached have improved their 2k time by up to ten seconds over the course of online rowing training plans.

What Is The Cost Of The Eight Week Plan?

The plan outlined above costs $450

If you have a need for a different level of training plan, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

How Do I Proceed?

Contact me at and send some footage of you rowing on the machine taken from a profile view.

Once, I receive this, I will be in contact with you to set up an initial consultation to discuss how I can best support you.
