This post provides a very quick overview of periodizing training plans for endurance based sports such as rowing. I will update the site with a full post in the near future. However, the video below does a good job of demonstrating the core ideas behind periodization to consider when planning a training schedule.  This video serves to continue the training series of blog posts that I started recently.
