    • Teams you are a member and members that are tied to a specific team and coach. If you delete your profile you will be removed from the team.
    • Training plans that are assigned by a coach or written by you personally.
    • Strength training workout data such as reps lifted sets completed and the weight lifted for each set.
  • Data relating to your opinion of how you mentally handle competitive athletics as part of the Athlete Psychology Diagnostic.
  • Teams that you belong to.
  • Comments you have made about individual training sessions.
  • The training management system is also integrated with the Concept2. You have the ability to create tokens to access the Concept2 Logbook and import training sessions into your own account on this site. Power Ten Development, LLC has no control over this third party application. However, you have the ability to disconnect the training management system from the Concept2 Logbook when you choose.

Payment Information

We use Paypal to process payments. Your payment information such as credit card information is not stored on our servers but is secured by PayPal and is subsequently processed and controlled by them.


If you sign up for the Mailchimp newsletter you will receive the newsletter when it is sent out periodically.  You can unsubscribe from the e-newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of each e-newsletter that you receive. In addition, emails generated by the training management system and the Athlete Psychology diagnostic can be unsubscribed from using the link at the bottom of each email.

We will communicate other site related announcements through our Twitter and Facebook channels as appropriate in addition to the email newsletter.


EU Users

For Users located in the EU Region, all processing of Personal Data is performed in accordance with privacy rights and regulations following the EU Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 (the Directive), and the implementations of the Directive in local legislation. Coachbergenroth processes Personal Data both as a Processor and as a Controller, as defined in the Directive and the GDPR:

Data Retention and Deletion

We will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws. Users can request to delete their data or have it removed from our database by sending an email to

Deletion or removal of data may take up to 30 days from the date of the request. This is in part because of database backups on our hosting provider.

Users who are not active on this website for 12 months will be deactivated. Users who are not active for 18 months will be deleted.

Duration of consent

The data will be retained for the duration of the owner’s membership, or 18 months after the user’s last activity on the site.

Data Breach

We have a protocol in place to manage such a data breach in the event that one does occur.

In the event of a data breach in accordance with the EU GDPR regulations, we will notify all users of our MailChimp email lists and all “team managers” and athletes and users of our system via email within 72 hours of the data breach and contact the necessary authorities.

Data Security

All data is stored in a database located in Europe on the servers of our hosting provider. The site uses SSL to encrypt data transferred between the server and the client (web browsers, mobile apps, third party sites).  Only logged in users will have access to private sections of the site. Private data is collected using POST requests to avoid displaying the information in the URL for the page. We will disable accounts that have been lost, misused, or have unauthorized access unless you will notify us in writing to activate your account.

Data portability

You may request to have a copy of all of your data by contacting our data protection officer. You can view or edit your personal information on the account management link once you log in to the system.

Log Data

Team Functionality

Those members that are members of a team that is managed by a coach who has a license with will have the chance to give their consent and agree to this privacy policy. The purpose of this to provide structure, organization, and data recording for training. When you provide your consent as a “team member” you are agreeing to the Terms and Services and this Privacy Policy.

As a member of the team, you grant permission for your “team manager” to modify any part of your workout data as appropriate. The team manager shall have no authority to access and change your password. If you need to access your account and need a new password, you should use the reset password link found on the login page.

Each team member shall be bound by this privacy policy. By accepting an invitation to a team, the new member agrees to limit the use of these data strictly to the allowed use according to this privacy policy and the GDPR.

When an athlete joins a team the “team manager “ accepts the responsibilities and duties associated with access to personal data of the new team member. They are bound by this privacy policy and the GDPR regulation of the European Union regarding the personal data that they have access to.


We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that aid us in communicating the posts, features, or products of this site.
