Special Thanks to Steady State Podcast!

I was contacted a couple of months ago by Tara Morgan and Rachel Freedman offering me an opportunity to be a guest on the their Podcast: Steady State Podcast.

I accepted their invitation, recorded the episode a couple of weeks ago and it was released a couple of days ago.

In the podcast, I was invited to tell my rowing journey and talk about everything from growing up with the sport, online coaching, RowingSTEM, and the various people who help guide my journey an athlete and coach.

It was my honor and privilege to be a guest on their show. Tara and Rachel are a class act, and the work they are doing to expand the horizons of rowing is exceptional. I am but a small part of the tapestry of all of the organizations and people they have covered during the six seasons of the podcast. Many more to follow, I am sure.

My thanks and gratitude to them for their interest in my story and for all of the other work they have done and are engaged in.

I hope you enjoy the episode.
