“When my son was told he would be off all sport for 6 months following major surgery for a sports injury combined with constant back pain, he thought his whole rowing season would be over. He committed to all daily rehab and when he was given the go ahead from his physio to start rowing again, he needed guidance and help to try and do the almost impossible. After being off sport for 4 months – he had 5 weeks to get back into shape and prove himself to be put in the top boat for the seasons major Regattas.

We contacted Neil and had a video chat online before starting the program. He guided my son on step by step processes to get to his goal, from mobility work for his back, technique and fitness. He set daily training sessions and added to this based on his progress and through 5 weeks of intensive and methodical training, he hit a sub 7 2k time only to further drop this by another 10 seconds in the following month !!!

Neil gave encouragement through the entire process and his positive feedback and praise was more than anybody could ask from a coach. He found areas of strength and weakness and designed the program specifically around this. It was not just putting in the hours, it was putting in the hours with purpose and reason with an outcome goal always in mind based on data and stats through his App.
