Coach Bergenroth – Online Rowing Coach

Who is this site for?

This site is dedicated to helping rowers and coaches get the best out of their experience in the sport. I will be posting blogs based on my experience in the sport and the opinions expressed here are my own. Depending on the blog content various groups will be targeted. These include:

  • Coaches who are in the first few years of their careers and want to learn more about the science and art of coaching.
  • Athletes who are learning the sport for the first time.
  • Parents or relatives of athletes that have just started the sport and want to learn more.
  • Rowing enthusiasts (like myself) who want to learn more about the sport.
  • General information for club administrators or board members.

If you want to learn more about me and read my bio, please head on over the about me page.  As always, I’d love to hear your questions and feedback. There are always new perspectives to discover as we expand our knowledge of the sport of rowing together.

You can contact me at neil@coachbergenroth.com.
